Returns

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, please ensure your item is just as you received it—unused and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please remember, items sent without a prior return request won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We want you to love what you ordered. Upon receipt, please check your order right away. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if something isn’t quite right, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right!

Kindly note that sale items items can’t be returned.

Refunds

For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds on opened products. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, though it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post it.
